As said in the last one, the pto league consist of 8 gym leaders, 4 elite4, and 1 champion. And Possibly a gym league similar to the ORANGE ISLANDS such as 4 gym eladers and a tournament to decide who will be the champion after a set amount of challengers have beaten the orange island league aka Harmonia League.
